Cancellation

Cancellation policy:

More than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the tenancy payment will be returned to you. 

Thirty to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total tenancy payment will be returned to you.

Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund unless you are prevented from travelling due to Danish or your own Authority’s travel restrictions which prevent you from travelling. Under these conditions we will issue you with a credit voucher to the full value of your holiday which can be used at any time within 12 months of your original holiday date.

Due to COVID we have initiated a number of actions to ensure that all our guests can remain safe at our farmhouse. 

1. A deep cleaning program have been implemented for all our apartments.

2. All bed linen, towels etc. will be washed at 60 degrees.

3. All apartments have disposable rubber gloves and anti-bacterial cleaning materials so that guests can clean surfaces and contact points during their stay. All apartments also have anti-bacterial hand gel.

4. All shared facilities such as the freezer, wash room and new children's playground will be cleaned at the end of each day.
