Cancellation

Cancellation policy:

More than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the tenancy payment will be returned to you. 

Thirty to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total tenancy payment will be returned to you.

Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund unless you are prevented from travelling due to Danish or your own Authority’s travel restrictions which prevent you from travelling. Under these conditions we will issue you with a credit voucher to the full value of your holiday which can be used at any time within 12 months of your original holiday date.
